About
Grove Investment Group fixes houses and other properties that need saving. We find structures that have been neglected and abused - fix them and bringing them up to date. We aren't afraid to do the dirty work, we fix anything from roofs to crawlspaces. We've replaced flooring, kitchen and bathrooms, all while keeping the original beauty if possible. We have refinished hardwood floors and original woodwork. We have replaced furnaces, water heaters, roofs and have encapsulated crawlspaces. However, we also pride ourselves in creating timeless and clean designs inside. Instead of being "cheap, uneducated, just in it for the money," we use top tier products and knowledge to ensure we are creating beautiful, long lasting homes. We don't use shortcuts--we buy homes with great bones and fix the rest.
The owner, Chandler Grove, is a certified home inspector. This means he has the knowledge on exactly what condition the property should be in when completed.
